The Adlerhorst route (Eagle's Nest) begins in Auffach at the Schatzberg lift. Take the road towards Schönanger Alm and turn right at the Ascherbrücke (bridge) onto the Aschbachweg past the turnoff to the Salcherhof Farm. Take a sharp right onto the Wirtsbergweg and continue downhill back to the Schatzberg lift station.
