We are especially concerned with protecting your personal data. So we process your data on the exclusive basis of statutory provisions (GDPR and TKG (Telecommunications Act) 2003). This data privacy notice will inform you about the most important aspects of data processing related to our website.
If you email us or send a contact form through the website, the data you provide will be stored for six months to help us process your request and answer follow-up questions. We will not forward these data without your consent.
If you wish to prevent this, you can adjust your browser to inform you when cookies are being placed and to allow them to be placed only on a case-by-case basis.
Deactivating cookies can limit our website’s functionality.
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service "Google Analytics", a web analysis service from Google Inc. („Google“). To that end, cookies are used which allow us to analyse how you use our website. The information this generates will be transmitted to the provider’s server and stored there.
You can prevent this by adjusting your browser settings so that no cookies are stored.
We have concluded an appropriate contract for commissioned data processing with the provider.
The data processing is based on the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG (Telecommunications Act), as well as Art. 6 (1) a (consent), f (legitimate interest), or both, of the GDPR.

The user data will be retained for a period of 38 months.
You are fundamentally entitled to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
If you book with us or make a purchase with us, send us an enquiry, or obtain information or brochures from us, we process your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 (1) (b, f). Product recommendations by e-mail
As our customer, you regularly receive product recommendations from us by email. You receive these product recommendations regardless of whether you have subscribed to our newsletter or consented to marketing communication by email. This is how we like to provide you with information about products in our range that you may find interesting based on your previous purchases. In doing so, we strictly adhere to statutory requirements.
Product recommendations by email are based on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR and are permissible for our customers within the scope of Section 107 (3) Telecommunications Act (TKG AT). Whenever we use your contact details for advertising purposes, we expressly refer you to your right of objection, which you can easily and unbureaucratically exercise at any time. If you no longer want to receive any product recommendations by email, you can object to this at any time. You can, of course, find a link to unsubscribe in every email. If you want to exercise this right of objection, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
