We will do everything in our power to provide safe and relaxing holidays in the Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau. We have put together the most important information, guidelines and measures concerning Covid-19 for you. If you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact us.
We are looking forward to your visit!
All our measures are taken for the health and comfort of our guests, employees and partners. We see ourselves as your reliable partner and have set ourselves the goal of ensuring a high degree of possible safety as a prerequisite for a relaxed and trouble free winter holiday experience in our ski area. In order to achieve this, we also need the fullest support of our guests and partners – please be respectful and considerate when interacting socially. Act responsibly in order to avoid the spread of the virus!
From November 15, the 2G rule will apply.
This means that you will need proof that you have been recovered or vaccinated when you buy your ticket. Tests are no longer valid. This proof is required from the age of 12.
Online ticket shop and voucher shop:
Using the online ticket shop, all guests can conveniently order their ski passes at home or top them up if they already have a keycard. Please note that it may take a few days for the tickets to be sent by post. Here, too, we guarantee you the greatest possible security! The value of unredeemed ski passes remains 100%. This value can be redeemed at a later date, e.g. also in the following season. The same applies to gift vouchers.
Legally approved exemptions from the 2G requirement
With Safe2Ski you can also activate your ski pass quickly and easily online or your with your mobile phone with your digital 2G proof (vaccinated or recovered).
This is how the activation works:
If you click on "Agree", your ski pass remains linked according to the validity of your 2G certificate. By clicking on "Decline", the ski pass is only linked to the valid 2G certificate for today and must be activated again on all further days.
However, activation is of course also possible on site at the ticket offices.
Austria is in lockdown until presumably 12 December. For this reason, some of our catering establishments are offering take-away services. You can find an overview here.
The use of the cable car is necessary for ski instructors in the course of their work. For this reason, ski instructors are exempt from the 2G obligation. However, they need a valid 3G certificate (vaccinated, recovered, tested) and have to wear an FFP2 mask at all times.
If ski instructors use the cable car in their free time, they must present a valid 2G certificate (vaccinated or recovered).
If you or a person close to you feels unwell, please stay at home or in your accommodation. Do not go skiing, to any of the restaurants or participate in snow sports lessons. Should you have any of the following corona virus symptoms: fever, dry cough, aching limbs, sore throat, shortness of breath and loss or change in sense of smell or taste please call 1450 the health hotline to discuss further clarification of the symptoms.
