General information:
All our measures are taken for the health and comfort of our guests, employees and partners. We see ourselves as your reliable partner and have set ourselves the goal of ensuring a high degree of possible safety as a prerequisite for a relaxed and trouble free winter holiday experience in our ski area. In order to achieve this, we also need the fullest support of our guests and partners – please be respectful and considerate when interacting socially. Act responsibly in order to avoid the spread of the virus!
FFP2 Masks: are compulsory in all enclosed travel equipment such as gondolas and covered chairlifts for persons age 15 and older. Furthermore, FFP2 Masks are compulsory in all enclosed lift areas e.g. toilets, self-service areas, ski depots, shops, etc. and in all queuing/boarding areas in front of the ticket desks and the entrances and exits. Wearing a mask i.e. a mouth-nose-protection mask or a tube scarf is mandatory for children aged 7 to 14 years. Children under 6 years of age are not required to wear a mask.
FFP2 Masks are sold at the cash desks.
All gondola lifts will operate at a maximum of 50% capacity. This means that a total of 4 people will be transported in an 8-seater gondola and 3 people in a 6-seater gondola. Families are excluded from these regulations. Should this result in slightly longer waiting times, we kindly ask you for your understanding. In all Ski Juwel gondolas the travel time is below the critical 15 minutes. In order to keep travel time as short as possible, the lifts will generally operate at a higher speed.
Staffs' temperature is taken on a daily basis. Furthermore, a certified institute carries out scheduled and event-related Covid-19 tests on staff.

We would like to offer our guests the greatest possible security before the start of the winter season pass sales. We have decided on a transparent and partnership-based refund system.
Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau annual pass:
With regard to refunds, the same rules apply to the annual ticket as to the season ticket. Refunding is based on the winter season ticket prices.
Refunds are calculated on the prices of the winter season passes.

Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau multiday ski passes:
In the event of a Covid-19 enforced closure of the entire ski area by the Austrian authorities, resulting in multiday ski pass unused days refunds will be granted. E.g. in the case of a 6-day ticket where only 4 days could be consumed due to an official Covid-19 ski area closure, the difference between the 6-day and the 4-day ticket will be refunded.

Given the current situation, the Austrian Federal Government has decided to enforce a provisional closure of all gastronomic venues until January 24, 2021. It is supplemented by the so-called "Take Away" directive issued by the Tyrolean government on December 22, 2020, according to which it is not possible to pick up food and drinks from ski huts. This is possible at business premises that can be reached by car, i.e. in the valley area.
