Mountain top yoga

GENTLE YOGA
Activate and relax your body and soul by practicing attentive asanas whilst focusing on breath. In addition to the physical practice of postures (asanas), the yoga session will address other yoga aspects, such as meditation, pranayama and relaxation.ects

• Mats and blocks/bricks are provided
• Suitable for yogis of all levels 

Meeting point: 8:30 a.m. at the Wiedersbergerhornbahn ticket counter / bottom station in Alpbach to then take the cable car up the Wiedersberger Horn together.

• Duration of each yoga unit: from 9:00 - 10:00 am.

Prices per person incl. lift ticket (ascent and descent):

• adults: € 22,50
• youth (2003 - 2005): € 19,50
• children (2006 - 2015): € 17,50 

Cancelled in case of bad weather.
