- The ticket counter staff is not obliged to draw your attention to reduced or special tariffs.
- Reduced or special tariffs are only given upon production of a valid ID. Per person only one type of reduced/special offer is applicable!
- Subsequent exchanges are not granted.
- Lost passes, adverse weather conditions, unforeseen events, interruptions in service for technical or weather related reasons do not warrant a refund or credit voucher.
- Guests paying the normal price get their parking rate back by handing in the parking ticket at the cashier desk.
- In extreme weather conditions (rain) service will be discontinued (the decision is made by the operations manager by 10:00 a.m.).
